More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
This set of three 2.5-inch Micromallows offers a charming, compact way to celebrate the holidays. Compared with larger plush options like the Ulysses 20-inch tree, these are better suited for collectors who want to maximize display options or give small, festive gifts. Their tiny size means they lack detailed features, but their soft, plush texture makes them perfect for cozy display or light play. Since they are purely holiday-themed and small, they might not appeal to those seeking plush toys for cuddling or everyday use. These Micromallows excel at adding a touch of holiday cheer in limited spaces, making them ideal for fans of small collectibles or as stocking stuffers.
Pros:- Compact size makes them easy to display or carry
- Includes three different characters for variety
- Soft, plush material suitable for cuddling
Cons:- Limited to small size, may not satisfy plush lovers seeking larger toys
- Only suitable for collectors or fans of Squishmallows
Best for: Fans of small, festive collectibles or those looking for cute holiday table decor
Not ideal for: Parents seeking plush toys for frequent cuddling or children under three due to small parts
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:3 Micromallows
- Characters:Laurel, Zumir, Brooke
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This plush bouquet is perfect for collectors or holiday decor enthusiasts who appreciate small, adorable characters.”
Squishmallows 12in Hedda the Milk for Santa Plush
At 12 inches, Hedda the Milk for Santa offers a cozy, medium-sized plush that balances softness and display appeal. Unlike the smaller Micromallows, Hedda provides more detailed features and a more cuddle-friendly size, making her a good choice for kids and collectors alike. While her plush material is ultra-soft and high-quality, her limited seasonal theme might reduce her appeal beyond the holidays. This plush is less suited for very young children who might be overwhelmed by the size or small parts, but it works well as a festive decoration or a gift for older fans. Hedda’s unique character and detailed design make her stand out as a holiday collectible.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Officially licensed and collectible
- Unique character with a festive theme
Cons:- Limited to holiday use, reducing year-round appeal
- Medium size may not suit very young children
Best for: Holiday gift buyers seeking a medium-sized, cuddly Santa-themed plush
Not ideal for: Parents of very young children or those seeking year-round plush toys
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality fabric
- Brand:Jazwares
- Character:Hedda the Milk for Santa
Our verdict“Hedda is a charming, medium-sized holiday plush ideal for collectors and festive decor.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This exclusive 4-pack features adorable, holiday-themed characters like Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, each around 4 inches tall. Unlike larger plush options like Ulysses, this set is ideal for gifting or filling stockings, thanks to its small size and festive appeal. The plush material is ultra-soft, making them cuddly for children and collectors who want a variety of seasonal characters. However, their small size and limited detail might make them less satisfying for collectors seeking display-worthy or larger plush. This bundle is a practical choice for holiday gifting or for those wanting multiple characters without the bulk of larger plush toys.
Pros:- Festive and adorable holiday-themed characters
- Made with ultrasoft, cuddly material
- Includes unique bios for each character
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- May be too small for some collectors
Best for: Gift givers and collectors seeking a variety of festive plush for small hands or stocking stuffers
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger plush toys for cuddling or display purposes

Squishmallows 20in Ulysses The Black Christmas Tree Plush
Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree is a striking, 20-inch plush designed for display or as a statement gift. Compared with the smaller Hedda or Fleur, Ulysses offers a bold visual impact and a substantial size that makes him stand out in any holiday setting. The plush is ultra-soft and high-quality, with a whimsical seasonal design that appeals to both children and collectors. However, his large size makes him less practical for everyday cuddling or for small spaces, and he’s limited to seasonal use due to his holiday theme. Ulysses works best as a seasonal centerpiece or a collector’s display piece, rather than a cuddly companion for small children.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Unique holiday-themed design
- Large size makes it a standout display piece
- Comes with a fun bio and name
Cons:- Limited to holiday or seasonal use
- Only available in one character design
- May be too large for small children or compact spaces
Best for: Collectors or home decorators seeking a large, festive plush for seasonal display
Not ideal for: Parents of small children or those seeking plush for cuddling or daily use
- Size:20 inches
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Ulysses
- Model Name:Style 1

Our verdict“Ulysses is perfect for collectors or decorators needing a bold, festive centerpiece during the holidays.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Official Holiday Plush
Fleur the Yule Log is an 8-inch plush that combines festive charm with compactness. Unlike larger options like Ulysses, Fleur is ideal for tight spaces, making her perfect for holiday shelves or small gifts. Her plush is ultra-soft, and her whimsical design, complete with holly, adds a playful touch to any decor. The inclusion of a bio and name enhances her collectibility, but her small size and niche holiday theme may limit appeal for those wanting a plush for cuddling or year-round display. Fleur is a smart choice for collectors who want a cute, seasonal accent without the bulk.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Unique holiday design with holly
- Includes a bio and name for collectibility
Cons:- Limited to 8 inches, less suitable for cuddling
- Specific holiday theme reduces year-round appeal
Best for: Holiday decorators and small-space collectors seeking a charming, festive plush

Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This exclusive 4-pack stands out for offering a variety of holiday-themed characters with rich backstories, making it perfect for fans who enjoy collecting multiple characters at once. Compared with the single larger plush options, this set provides a more diverse display and gifting opportunity, but its limited to seasonal characters, which could reduce long-term appeal. The plush material is ultrasoft and high-quality, ensuring great cuddling, yet the lack of size details makes it harder to judge whether these will fit into specific display or gift contexts. This set makes the most sense for gift-givers who want a festive collection or for those new to Squishmallows looking for a variety pack with a holiday twist.
Pros:- Includes four unique holiday characters with distinct bios
- Made from ultrasoft, high-quality plush material

- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This set is best for gift-givers and collectors who want a variety of holiday-themed plush in a compact format.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
This 14-inch Holiday Fox is a standout for those seeking a larger, plush centerpiece that embodies seasonal charm. Its ultrasoft, high-quality material ensures cuddly comfort, and the unique name and bio give it collectible appeal, similar to the 6-pack but with a focus on a single character. Compared with smaller plush like the 5-inch Holiday Cozy Squad, this plush offers a more prominent display piece, though it lacks detailed features or care info that might appeal to more meticulous collectors. It’s better suited to fans wanting a more substantial holiday plush for display or gifting, but less ideal for those who prefer smaller, more portable toys.
Pros:- Large size makes it a prominent holiday decor piece
- Ultra-soft, high-quality plush material
- Unique name and bio add collectible value
- Official Squishmallows product
Cons:- Limited details about materials or care instructions
- No additional features or accessories
Best for: Fans wanting a sizable, standout holiday plush for decoration or gifting

Squishmallows 5-Inch Holiday Plush 6-Pack – Christmas Cozy Squad
This 6-pack offers a variety of festive characters in a compact 5-inch size, making it an excellent choice for holiday gifting or stocking stuffers. The detailed holiday accessories on each plush add charm, though their small size limits their appeal to those seeking larger, more cuddle-ready plush toys, like the 14-inch Nick the Santa. Compared with larger plush, this set is less suitable for long-term display but excels as a quick, affordable way to spread holiday cheer. It’s ideal for gift-givers or parents looking for multiple small plushes to gift or decorate with, but less ideal for collectors wanting display-worthy pieces.
Pros:- Includes six different festive characters
- Compact 5-inch size perfect for cuddling and carrying
- Great as holiday gifts or decorations
- Affordable multi-pack
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed use, not suitable for year-round display
- Small size may not appeal to fans of larger plush toys
Best for: Parents or gift-givers seeking an affordable, varied holiday plush set for children or stockings
Not ideal for: Buyers who prefer larger, more durable plush for year-round decor or cuddling, due to the small size
- Quantity:6-pack
- Size:5 inches
- Characters:Cam, Darla, Brooke, Milanda, Lala, Ryan
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday gift-giving and decorating on a budget, especially for younger children.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar features 24 miniature 2.5-inch Squishmallows, making it a charming way to count down to Christmas. Unlike the larger Nick the Santa plush, these tiny plush are more about daily surprises than display pieces, but their official licensing and popular character lineup, including Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat, add collectible appeal. The small size limits their appeal to those preferring cuddly, larger plush toys, but it offers a fun, interactive experience for fans who enjoy holiday traditions. Compared with the 14-inch Santa, this calendar is more about daily excitement than long-term display, making it perfect for seasonal use.

- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is perfect for holiday countdowns and fans who enjoy daily surprises, not for those seeking large plush comfort.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa plush offers a larger, cuddly option that combines holiday cheer with plush quality. Its unique Hawaiian Santa theme sets it apart from more traditional Santas, adding a fun, collectible element. Compared with the smaller Micromallows advent calendar, this plush provides a more substantial display and cuddle factor, appealing to those who want a holiday-themed plush to enjoy beyond seasonal decor. The plush’s ultrasoft material makes it ideal for hugging, but its size and holiday-specific theme may limit its appeal for those looking for versatile, year-round plush toys. It’s best suited to fans who want a distinctive Santa plush that can double as festive decor.
Pros:- Large 14-inch size offers a substantial, cuddly plush
- Unique Hawaiian Santa design adds novelty
- Made from ultrasoft, high-quality plush material

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallows holiday plush depends on several important factors. Beyond just adorable appearance, consider size, material, and theme to match your gifting or collecting goals. Price can vary widely, so understanding what each dollar gets you helps avoid buyer’s remorse. Additionally, thinking about how the plush will be used—whether for cuddling, display, or gifting—can influence your choice. Finally, pay attention to exclusivity and set options if you’re aiming for a special or collectible item, but beware of overpaying for limited editions that might not suit every budget.Size and Cuddle Factor
Size impacts how much a plush can be enjoyed for cuddling or display. Larger plush, like the 20-inch Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree, offer a more substantial cuddle experience but tend to be pricier and less portable. Smaller options, such as Micromallows, are perfect for on-the-go gifting or stocking stuffers. Consider who the recipient is—kids generally prefer larger plush for hugs, while adults or collectors might favor smaller, more detailed versions. Balancing size with comfort and practicality ensures your purchase matches your intended use.
Material Quality and Durability
Most squishmallows are made from soft, plush fabric, but the quality can vary. Higher-end plush tend to have better stitching, more resilient fabric, and richer colors, making them more suitable for long-term use or collection. Cheaper or thinner plush might be more prone to wear and tear, especially with frequent cuddling or rough handling. It’s worth investing in quality for plush that will last through multiple holiday seasons, especially if giving as a gift to children or avid collectors.
Holiday Theme and Design
Holiday-specific designs, like Nick the Santa Claus or Fleur the Yule Log, bring extra charm and seasonal relevance. These plush stand out as festive decorations or gift items, but they often come at a premium due to their limited editions. Conversely, more generic or multi-pack options may offer greater versatility and value, especially if you want to gift multiple plush or create a holiday-themed collection. Matching the design to the recipient’s preferences or your holiday decor ensures a more meaningful gift.
Price and Value Considerations
Price varies depending on size, exclusivity, and set contents. While larger and limited-edition plush tend to cost more, bundles and multi-packs can provide better overall value if you need multiple gifts. Be cautious about paying a premium for limited editions if they don’t align with your gift recipients’ tastes. Also, consider whether a plush’s features justify the price—sometimes a smaller, well-made plush offers better value than a larger, more generic version.
Collectibility vs. Practical Use
If you’re a collector, limited editions and exclusive sets will appeal more, but these often come with a higher price tag. For practical gifting or everyday cuddling, standard plush options provide comfort and charm without the collector’s premium. Understanding your primary goal—whether it’s to build a holiday-themed collection or to give a cozy gift—helps narrow down choices and avoid unnecessary spending on features you don’t need.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, most squishmallows are made with soft, non-toxic materials that are safe for children. However, for very young kids, it’s important to check for small parts or choking hazards, especially with limited-edition or themed plush that may have additional decorations. Larger plush are generally safer and more cuddly, making them ideal holiday gifts for children. Always supervise young children with plush that have accessories or intricate features to ensure safety.
How do I choose the right size squishmallow for gifting?
Size selection depends on the recipient’s age and how they plan to use the plush. Larger plush, like 14-inch or more, work well for hugs, decoration, or display, especially for older kids and adults. Smaller sizes, such as 5-inch or Micromallows, are perfect for stocking stuffers or portable comfort items. Consider the recipient’s space and preferences—if unsure, a mid-sized option often balances portability with comfort.
Are limited-edition squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited editions often feature unique designs and are sought after by collectors, which can justify their higher price for dedicated fans. However, if the goal is practical gifting or casual collection, these plush may be more expensive than necessary. It’s wise to weigh the sentimental or collectible value against your budget. For most holiday gift-givers, standard plush or multi-packs tend to offer better overall value, unless a specific limited-edition character holds special meaning.
What should I look for in a holiday-themed squishmallow?
Holiday-themed squishmallows should feature clear seasonal motifs, vibrant colors, and durable construction to withstand holiday handling. Look for designs that match your decor or recipient’s interests, such as Santa, Christmas trees, or Yule logs. Pay attention to the material quality to ensure they remain plush and vibrant over time. Sometimes, limited-edition designs come with special packaging or accessories, adding to their appeal as gifts or collectibles.
How significant is the price difference between single plush and bundles?
Bundles often provide better value by offering multiple plush for a lower cost per item, making them ideal for gifting multiple people or creating a coordinated holiday display. Single plush tend to be more expensive on a per-item basis and are suitable if you only need one gift. Always compare the total cost and consider whether you need several plush or if a single, high-quality item better suits your needs. Bundles also tend to include a variety of designs, which can add to their appeal for holiday gifting.
Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall plush, the Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus offers a classic design with a good size for cuddling and display. Gift givers on a budget will find the Squishmallows 5-Inch Holiday Plush 6-Pack provides great variety at a fair price. Collectors should consider exclusive sets like the Official Jazwares Holiday 4-Pack for unique designs. Beginners or casual gift-givers will appreciate the Micromallows Plush Bouquet for its versatility and charm. Ultimately, your choice hinges on who you’re shopping for and the kind of holiday experience you want to create.
